Daging direbus hingga empuk, toskan dan simpan sir rebusannya&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan penumis hingga naik bau dan masukkan pula bahan kisar, kacau hingga naik minyak. Masukkan air rebusan daging, daging dan tomato puree. Kacau dan biarkan kuahnya mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bila kuahnya hanpir pekat, masukkan bunga kubis, kicap, kacang peas, tomato ceri, gula dan garam secukup rasa. Biarkan sedikit berkuah.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tumis bahan kisar hingga naik bau. Masukkan rempah kari, kacau sebati dan masukkan daging kisar. Masak hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan bawang yg dipotong dadu, sedikit gula dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pecahkan telur kedalam inti, kacau dan tutup api. &lt;br /&gt;4. Tepung gandum, gaulkan bersama susu, masukkan marjerin, telur dan air dan uli hingga menjadi doh, Perapkan sebentar.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bahagikan doh kepada beberapa bahagian, dari saiz kecil hingga besar.&lt;br /&gt;6. Ambil doh yg kecil sekali, canai seperti membuat roti canai dan letakkan inti di atasnya. Ikan rebus tadi, ambil isinya sahaja&lt;br /&gt;2. Gaulkan isi ikan, isi tahu dan daun sup&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan inti kedalam tahu, celupkan kedalam telur dan goreng dengan minyak masak hingga kekuningan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kuah atau sosnya :&lt;br /&gt;½ cawan kacang tanah, digoreng dan sikisar halus&lt;br /&gt;4 ulas bawang  putih ]&lt;br /&gt;10 lada kering ] kisar halus&lt;br /&gt;Asam jawa sebesar ibujari, dibuat air asam 1 cawan&lt;br /&gt;Gula dan garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuatnya :&lt;br /&gt;1. Campurkan semua bahan dan masak atas api kecil hingga pekat. Kacau selalu.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masak hingga betul-betul pekat dan rasakan masam, masin dan manisnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hidangkan tahu sumbat ini dengan timun, tomato dan daun salad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota Ogy : saya tak gunakan sos ni, muak ! Gaulkan daging dengan campuran serbuk rempah, bahan kisar, garam, gula dan kicap. Perapkan satu jam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Dalam kuali, masukkan santan, serai dan kulit kayu manis. Masakkan santan hingga santan naik minyak. Mesti kacau selalu.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bila santan sudah naik minyak, masukkan daging, kacau rata hingga daging kecut.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuangkan santan pekat dan masukkan kerisek.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kacau hingga lauk pekat.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan air asam jawa dan daun limau purut. Rasakan manis masinnya.&lt;br /&gt;7. Biarkan hingga betul-betul kering, baru padam apinya.&lt;br /&gt;8. Rasakan garam dan gula. Kacau lagi hingga kering seperti rendang biasa.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah itu angkat dan hidangkan dalam pinggan. Dalam sebuah mangkuk besar, masukkan ubi kentang, garam, daging rebus, daun sup, bawang goreng dan lada sulah. Gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Perapkan ayam dengan garam dan kunyit. Goreng ayam separuh masak.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bahan penumis bersama bahan kisar hingga naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan tumis beserta bahan kisar. Masukkan rempah kari daging. Kacau hingga wangi.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan udang kering, santan, asam jawa, santan dan terung. Ikan dibersihkan dan tos&lt;br /&gt;2. Rempah, kerisek dan bahan kisar, digaul sebati bersama asam jawa (buang biji). Letak gula dan garam secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;3. Layur daun pisang. Susunkan daun-daun ulam, letak rempah yg digaul tadi dan letak sepotong ikan, letak rempah kari lagi, dan letak lagi daun-daun ulam. Bungkus kemas.&lt;br /&gt;4. Buat hingga habis ikan dan daun. Kukus botok-botok selama 30 minit, keluarkan dan hidang dengan nasi. Gaul ramas tepung, garam, gula, mentega dan pelembut roti hingga rata. Masukkan ragi, susu, telur dan ulis hingga jadi doh lembut&lt;br /&gt;2. Sapukan sedikit minyak pada permukaan mangku dan masukkan doh, tutup dengan tuala lembab dan biarkan naik sekali ganda&lt;br /&gt;3. Buat inti. Masukkan semua bahan kisar, daging, pati santan, bahan-bahan lain dan masak hingga kering. Keluarkan asam gelugur. Sejukkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Canai doh selebar 22.5 cm x 30 cm. Ratakan inti dan gulung kemas. Gelekkan gulungan hingga jadi 40 cm panjang,&lt;br /&gt;5. Cantumkan kedua-dua hujung. Gunting sekeliling tapi jangan putus.Kuakkan bahagian yg digunting tadi&lt;br /&gt;6. Tutup roti ni dengan tuala lembab dan biarkan naik lagi sekali lagi. Tumis bahan kisar dan lain-lain seperti cara membuat karipap.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangkan tepung dalam besen, pecahkan telur, masukkan garam dan marjerin, Buat cara gaul dan ramas. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan ulis hingga jadi doh seperti doh karipap.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bahagikan doh kepada 7 bahagian – setiapnya lebih besar ikut peringkat. Bermula dari sebesar bola pingpong, besar dan besar lagi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Ambil doh pertama (yg paling kecil) canai dan sapukan telur atasnya, letakkan inti dan bunjut kemas, Uli hingga jadi buat. Pukul putih telur bersama gula hingga kembang&lt;br /&gt;2. Pukul butter bersama kuning telur sebiji demi sebiji hingga kembang. Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;6. Lada hijau dan merah, potong halus untuk hiasan&lt;br /&gt;7. Bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Tepung beras dibancuh dengan santan hingga sebati setelah itu masukkan udang, daging, garam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukan adunan ini kedalam loyang acuan&lt;br /&gt;3.  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;½ sudu the baking powder&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Pewarna : Nescafe, hijau dan merah&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Acuan, bekas pembakar&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Cara membuatnya :&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol style="margin-top: 0in;" start="1" type="1"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;Mentega      dikacau hingga cair dan ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;Pukul      telur bersama gula hangus hingga kembang dan masukkan srikaya sedikit demi      sedikit berselang seli dengan tepung gandu, diadun rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;Masukkan      baking powder dan susu pekat manis diadun rata.
